Christmas Delivery Cut-Off: Place your order before the following cut off times to receive your delivery before Christmas*:

Free Shipping
Texas Nation offers free shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts and gift card codes) within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to a U.S. apartment, condo or office building may require a signature at the time of delivery to ensure your package reaches the correct person.
Free Shipping over $50 is provided using USPS, UPS or Fedex Smart Post. Larger orders may be automatically upgraded, at Texas Nation' discretion, to USPS Priority Mail. Additionally, at checkout, you have the option of upgrading your shipping method at the rates quoted at checkout.
Estimated Domestic Delivery Time
- We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the next business day.
- During large sales and holiday weekends non priority shipping orders may experience slight delays in shipping.
- Free Shipping over $50 by USPS, UPS or FedEx Smart Post: 5 to 8 business days.
- FedEx Smart Post: 5 to 8 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 3 to 5 business days. Delivery on Saturday.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day.
- We cannot ship until your payment is processed. Delays in your payment processing will delay the shipment.
International Shipping
Texas Nation offers a calculated rate of shipping by USPS for international customers based on the destination, size and current carrier rate, shipping time varies. Express options for international shipping is not available.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Refused Shipment
If you refuse a shipment from Texas Nation, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Texas Nation. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Address Information
Make sure to enter the shipping address correctly. If you don’t provide your address correctly or it contains typos, your package may be undeliverable. We are not responsible if a package was delivered to an address that was incorrectly inputted.
Return Policy
Extended Holiday Returns:
- All orders placed online from 1st December 2025 to the 24th December 2025 have an extended return period of 60 days from the date of ordering, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made online on or before 30th November 2025 or on or after 25th December 2025 are subject to our standard return policy of 30 days from the date of ordering
Please note that returns during our Sales and Holiday period between November to January may experience an extended delay in processing due to increased volumes and Public Holiday closures. If your return has been marked as delivered to our online Returns Centre, our team will process this as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience during this time.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- You have a valid proof of purchase from Texas Nation Online via www.texasnationsportswear.com;
- Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date;
- All returned items must be original and re-saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and unused and with original tags attached;
- All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

^Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another size, please place a new order and email our customer care team at info@txnation.com for assistance in returning your existing order.
*Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@tx-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Texas Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

Store credit terms and conditions:
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credits issued in store cannot be redeemed Online.
- Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.
If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.
