RETURNS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES 

Although we hope you love all your items from Texas Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

Extended Holiday Returns:

• All orders placed online from 1st December 2025 to the 24th December 2025 have an extended return period of 60 days from the date of ordering, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made online on or before 30th November 2025 or on or after 25th December 2025 are subject to our standard return policy of 30 days from the date of ordering

Please note that returns during our Sales and Holiday period between November to January may experience an extended delay in processing due to increased volumes and Public Holiday closures. If your return has been marked as delivered to our online Returns Centre, our team will process this as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience during this time.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

• You have a valid proof of purchase from Texas Nation Online via www.texasnationsportswear.com;
• Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date;
• All returned items must be original and re-saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and unused and with original tags attached;
• All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

Full priced items (including full priced items on temporary markdowns or promotions):

    • Store credit.

Sale items:

Sale items marked with a FINAL SALE* tag:

• • • Not eligible for return unless assessed and deemed as faulty.

^Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another size, please place a new order and email our customer care team at info@txnation.com for assistance in returning your existing order.
*Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@tx-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Texas Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

Return Shipping:

• Free (pre-paid) return label is available for returns within the United States only;
• All costs associated with returning items to Texas Nation outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit terms and conditions:

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store credits issued in store cannot be redeemed Online.
• Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.

If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.
